Since 2007 the home of Caithness Glass has been at Crieff Visitor Centre.
Here visitors can see Caithness Glass being hand crafted by the skilled team of craftsmen in a close-up studio environment. After watching the glassmakers from the factory viewing gallery, you can browse the shop where you will find the full selection of Caithness products plus a great selection of Dartington Crystal, John Beswick and Royal Brierley products.
Admission to the factory viewing gallery is free.

Make Your Own Paperweight
The Make Your Own Paperweight (MYOP) experience is no longer available.
All remaining MYOP gift vouchers will expire on 1st January 2025.
If you possess an unredeemed voucher, that was purchased between March 2019 and March 2020, you can use it to purchase items in store at the Caithness Glass gift shop in Crieff. This applies only to items from our Caithness Glass, Dartington Crystal, John Beswick and Royal Brierley ranges.
Each voucher is worth £49.00. We are unable to give a credit note for the remaining value of your voucher if your transaction amounts to less than £49.00.
Glass Painting
Explore your creative side and paint your own glass – great fun for all ages!
Select a glass and paint your own decoration in our special painting area. Glass Painting is available, in one hour slots, 9:30am – 3.15pm every day. It is advisable to book your place ahead of time to prevent disappointment.

The Caithness Glass Factory also closes for maintenance twice a year and for a Christmas break at the end of December. Occasionally the Factory may have to close unexpectedly for urgent maintenance with little or no prior warning.**
